This project originally came from a Business Link referral as we are a four star approved supplier, and at that time we were also helping new start up with writing business plans. Mat, the owner of Transition One chose us to be his preferred supplier. So we started work on his business plan. The first plan was to have a dedicate fitness store selling all you would need to be a Tri Athlete. However, after looking at the business plan and realizing what sort of investment in stock and premises would be needed, and the ongoing overhead Matt decides to start his business on line working from home keeping overheads low. I think Matt has a fantastic business model as he’s doing something he really loves, so it’s hard to call it work. Matt is also very active with putting new information and updates on his website. This will only help with SEO for the expansion of Mats business. I have heard his Boot Camps help at Hexham Riverside are fantastic but my back plying up aging so I’ll make the next one.
