The ZFT e-commerce project came to us via a referral from Business Link as we are approved suppliers. Unfortunately, the owner of the business through the work and time involved in getting the grant wasn’t really worth ‘Jumping through all the hops’ as my client said. So he decides to go ahead without their assistance. I think this business model is really good. The products are imported from the manufacture in the USA and are sold into Hospitals and Care homes. It's a really niche market the owners start up costs, and ongoing overheads are very low. So I think the business will be a huge success. After all no one likes smelly buildings. Blowing our own trumpet I think the design is a really good example, of how we can make the web site have a Fresh Air appeal to visitors. Plus it has a straight forward shopping cart that is easy to use and navigate for customers.
